Michele Ferraris is currently Head of the ACMilan Junior Program, a special project dedicated to the development of youth talents in football, through a network of partnerships based in more than 40 Countries. With over 35,000 children involved in 160 Milan Junior Camps and in 130 Milan Soccer Schools every year, Milan Junior, is a strategic asset for ACMilan’s talent scouting as well as it’s branding.

As part of ACMilan’s youth development strategy, Michele Ferraris is the Project Leader of the ACMilan Academy, ACMilan’s school of sport, which develops training courses for all the coaches involved in ACMilan’s youth programs and he is also the Milan Lab Junior Business Developer, a project designed to expand the Milan Lab know-how to the children involved in the ACMilan Soccer Schools Network.

Born on October 1, 1971, Michele Ferraris graduated at “Luigi Bocconi” University of Milan with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1996. He has over 15 years of experience in sport marketing and business development. His career in the football industry started at San Siro Stadium as the Museum and Tour Manager in 1996, continued at pro-clubs level at Parma Calcio as Soccer School Business Developer and then at ACMilan, where he started in 1999.
