How do “Recommendations” work?When entering the Dashboard area of the Tool, you will be presented with “Recommendations”. These are delegates that the system believes will be interesting to you based on your Profile and the selections made there.
How do I set the recommendations?From the Home page > click “My Profile” from the left hand menu, and ensure the “Profile” tab is selected at the top of the page. Here you can set your recommendations by checking the Industry Sector(s) you wish to meet. By keeping your Industry Sector information up to date, you will be listed in the recommendation area of other delegates.
How does “Favourites” work?From the “My Profile” tab, click on “Edit Profile”, click on Account or Profile. Here you can change your password from the account tab. You can update Company Name, Job Title, Profile, Country, Industry Sector and Market Sectors as well as upload a picture.
How can I upload a Picture?From the “My Profile” tab, click “Edit Profile”, here you will find the facility to upload an image. The image should be 200 x 250 pixels.
How do I change my password?From the “My Profile” tab click on “Account Settings”.
How do I search for another delegate?From the Home page > Search Tab. Here use different search parameters for a list of Delegates and options to contact them or send appointment requests.
How do I send a message?1. From the Home page > Dashboard > Recommendations or My Favorites > Send Message Here using Private option you can send out the message. You can also view your sent messages by date or recipient. How do I reply to a message?From the Home page > Messages > IN and view the message and click on the reply you want to. You will see a Pop window with a message text box and click on send button. You can also view the profile of the person who sent the message by clicking on their name.
How do I delete a message?From the Home page > Messages > IN or OUT, you have to click the delete option to the message you wish to delete.
How do I send a single mail to many people?From the Home page > Messages > click New Message > Send Message to > select “My Favorites only”. Here using “My Favorites only” only option you can send out a single message to all listed in your favorites list.
How do I view and print the delegate list?From the Home page > Search tab
Here click on “Print All Delegate List” to print complete delegate list. To print selected delegates, once search results are displayed, click “printer selected delegates” on that screen. How do I sort the Delegates?From the Home page > Search tab
Here click on the column headers to sort the list. How do I arrange a meeting?1. From the Home page > Dashboard > Recommendations or My Favorites > Request Meeting
2. From the Home page > Appointments > click Fix appointment > select Date & Time, enter the delegate name and type the message. Here using Fix appointment option you can send out the appointment request. Alternatively, using Search tab if you see a delegate you wish to meet, click on their name to view their profile and select “Request Meeting”. How do I view my appointments?From the Home page > Appointments > appointment details tab
Here all appointments will appear within the relevant time slots. Also you can confirm / Reschedule / cancel any appointments. How do I manage my appointments?From the Home page > Appointments > My Schedule tab
Here confirmed appointment requests can be printed by clicking on “Print your Schedule”. How do I find the Conference Programme?Conference Programme is available in the “Home Page” section.
How can I invite other contacts to the Soccerex Global Convention 2011?From the “Invite” tab, use the “New Invitation” option to invite contacts to the event. Type the e-mail addresses of the persons you would like to invite. Addresses should be separated by newlines or commas.
