How do I update my profile?
From the ‘My Profile’ tab, click on ‘Edit Profile’. Here you can change your Company Name, Job Title, Profile, Industry Sector and Country as well as upload a picture.
How can I upload a Picture?
From the ‘My Profile’ tab, click ‘Edit Profile’, here you will find the facility to upload an image. The image should be 124 x 93 pixels.
How do I change my password?
From the ‘My Profile’ tab click on ‘Account Settings’. As well as changing your password you can update the way you receive notifications from the Networking Tool.
How do I search for another delegate?
Click on the ‘Delegate List’ tab for a full list of Delegates and options to contact them or send appointment requests.
How do I send a message?
Click on the ‘Messages’ tab to view your Inbox and click on ‘Write a new message’ to send messages. You can also view your sent messages and sort messages by date, recipient or subject. .
How do I reply to a message?
Click on the ‘Messages’ tab, and click on the subject line of the message you want to reply to. Below the message you will see a ‘reply to message’ button. You can also view the profile of the person who sent the message by clicking on their name.
How do I delete a message?
Within the ‘Messages’ tab, you are able to tick the small box next to the message you wish to delete. Then press the ‘Delete messages’ button. You can select ‘Empty Folder’ to clear your Inbox.
How do I make folders within my inbox?
Click on the ‘Messages’ tab, and click ‘New Folder’ to create. You can then move items from your Inbox to this folder.
How do I arrange a meeting?
From the ‘Delegate List’ tab, click on ‘Appointment Request’. Alternatively, if you see a delegate you wish to meet in the scrolling ‘Who’s Networking ‘ tab, click on their name to view their profile and select ‘Send Appointment Request’.
How do I view my appointments?
From the ‘My Schedule’ drop down menu, select ‘My Schedule’. All appointments will appear within the relevant time slots.
How do I manage my appointments?
From the ‘My Schedule’ drop down menu, select Manage Appointments. Accepted appointment requests can be exported to your Outlook Calendar by clicking on the Outlook icon to the right of the selected appointment.
How do I view and print the delegate list?
Click on ‘Delegate List’. To print off the delegate list, click ‘printer-friendly version’ on that screen.
How do I sort the Delegates?
From the ‘Delegate List’ section, click on the column headers to sort the list.
How do I find the Conference Programme?
Conference Programme is available in the ‘Essential Information’ section.
How can I invite other contacts to the Soccerex Convention?
From the ‘Invite’ tab, use the ‘New Invitation’ option to invite contacts to the event. You can upload your contacts from other email providers to ease this process. You can also import contacts from your Outlook by exporting your Address Book as a csv file. Please click here for more information.
